Lament sign to Silvery Records
Lament have signed a distribution deal with Silvery Records home to virtuoso guitarist, Si Hayden. This Ain't Rio is now available to purchase through Amazon on the internet as well as Silvery Records.co.uk



Lament join The Next Wave
Lament have been included in 'The Next Wave' which is a West Midlands music industry site set up specifically to choose material for inclusion on a DVD to accompany the Music Week West Midlands supplement scheduled later this year.The Next Wave is working with Music Week to compile a DVD of artists from the region who would most benefit from wide exposure to key players in the national music industry via Music Week. Lament are BBC Band of the month
Lament have been chosen to be BBC Radio Coventry and Warwickshires band of the month in June. They will be featured on the BBCs website and will be kicking off the month with a live set and interviews on the Vic Minnett show this Sunday afternoon, 11th June.



Lament return to play live on BBC West Midlands
After Laments Kath and Ant played a sucessful session on the Jimmy Franks show they have been invited to return to play live with the whole band on BBC West Midlands, The Jimmy Franks Show on Tuesday 9th May, the show runs from 10pm till 1am. Tune in to hear Lament play a live session with the full band line up and interviews.

Lament play Starbucks
Lament have recently become part of a new initiative set up by the Birmngham Music Awards and have been invited to play at a series of daytime gigs in various Starbucks coffee shops in Birmingham. Their new album is also on sale at the gigs whilst they provide chilled sounds for you while you sip coffee or eat lunch. Check the gig listings for dates in the near future.

Lament tour with Physical Theatre Company
Lament will be touring with Leamington based physical theatre company Beingfrank Physical Theatre (www.beingfrank.co.uk) in their production of Pandoras Box. The soundtrack has been entirely composed by Anthony and is performed live by the band in which one brand new song is featured. They will be touring the Midlands from September to October. See gig listings for dates and venues.



Lament launch new album in Kenilworth
Lament are now selling their new album 'Unveiled' in various retail outlets in kenilworth. To launch the album they will be playing two gigs at Cafe Clix on the 21st September and Bandwagon on the 22nd September.
